"The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. The king bed was so comfy and bed clothes very good quality. The 4 x usb ports as well as regular sockets were really useful. Nice complementary toiletries too. Thank you"

"The property was clean inside, but the outside was awful. Litter all around the hotel and blowing over the outside front doors. This put us off straight away as they couldn't even be bothered to litter pick the outside of the Hotel. A number of the international guests noted on the litter outside. The local district is like a third world country."

"The studio room was very clean, the kitchen had everything needed (coffee, cleaning products, cutlery), bathroom was very good. Check in is possible late after midnight you just need to ring the bell and be patient as the staff might not be at the reception. The room has sealed windows (that don't open) but air conditioning which ensures ventilation. Views are lovely from top floor rooms."

"Very clean room and amenities needed in the kitchen if you wanted a quick easy meal. Coffee was very nice touch with the cafeteria. It wasn't warm season but the AC was recommended so can close a window as close to the train line. Perfect location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London and the tube. Nice quirky neighbourhood. Would recommend and use again when needed for this location. Many Thanks BOB W"

"Hotel staff and atmosphere where excellent. Bathroom had some mould and someone wheeled a metal framed bed up the corridor at 5am which rattled noisily and woke me up."

"For a cheap low end hotel this was very good value. Rooms were small but well appointed. Breakfast was okay. There were some items that needed some maintenance but overall it wad fine for the money"

"The rooms in Adagio are absolutely brilliant. Spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Reminded me of a pricy skiing apartment in France. Location is vibrant but you're 15 minutes walk from the City of London. "

Excellent café le matin. 3 points négatifs: odeur d’égouts très désagréable provenant des tuyaux dans la salle de bain, même au 22e étage. Nous devions garder la porte fermée en tout temps. Aucun ménage ni changement de serviettes durant les 6 jours où nous avons été là. Personnel à la réception très peu avenant. Durant tout notre séjour, 1 seul des 2 ascenseurs...

"An affordable bargain. Very close to railway station and tube station and hospital. Nice and helpful staff. I’m 75 and had no problems, but if someone has mobility issues, then the stairs and steps would be an issue there. Overall, we were happy choosing this hotel."

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"
