"The hotel room was very clean. The building is only a year old, so everything felt very modern. We had some difficulty with the online check in, but the desk staff helped us upon arrival. We stayed here close to Christmas and really enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, the mall, and attractions like Parque El Rio, Pueblito Paisa, Parque Explora and Jardin Botanico. "The property was clean; rooms were on the small side but served its purpose. The staff was helpful as much as possible even though they spoke very little English…that’s when phone translator came in very handy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only concern was the neighborhood. It wasn’t the best, however, we didn’t encounter any problems. Thanks you😊"
