"The staff were incredibly kind! They made my birthday celebration extra special. Everyone from valet, to the front desk, and housekeeping were very kind and made my stay very pleasant and memorable. Thank you for the handwritten birthday card, flowers with my breakfast, and valet for being classy gentlemen. I appreciate their kindness and attention to my every need during my stay. "Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
