"The room was very clean and quiet, the staff was very nice and accommodating, the property itself seemed very well maintained, and it was a very pleasant surprise for a last minute pick. Definitely highly recommended."

"You could go across Burnsville Pkwy to a gas station for snacks. Otherwise you could go the other way along Aldrich Ave to get to Denny’s or Clive’s Roadhouse. (There just wasn’t much inside the hotel for options.) The room itself was okay, but the floor felt cold because it was wood and I had just turned up the heat when I entered the room. (I did notice the bottom dresser drawer by the fridge had duct tape on it.) But the room was clean."

"Hot tub jets did not work. Very limited assistance, not able to receive towels for swimming. Wall in our room in bathroom had purple substance on it, did not appear to be cleaned. Not a good experience- "

"The staff was friendly, but the hotel, rooms, and grounds needed upkeep and updates. I did not get the included breakfast. I did have a dog with me and had a room on the ground floor that I assume was regularly used for those with dogs. The chair cushion was visibly stained, the grout in the shower needed to be cleaned/replaced. The hotel is in a quiet area, but convenient to Hwy 35. I would not stay again, unless it’s remodeled/revived. "

"I stayed with my family of 10 people and 4 dogs between 3 rooms. Never traveled with dogs so I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. The standard rooms are a little small but I liked that I was in a conjoined room. The staff was very friendly especially Courtney. From our first day until check out she was there to assist. She was kind to my dogs. One night the tables in the pool area were all taken. I asked her to accommodate us. She pulled out tables and chairs for us to sit outside the...

"We had an early flight to catch, and were told by the front desk attendant that even though that was the case, “grab n go” bagged breakfasts would be available. That was not the case. Nothing was made available. The carpet in our room was torn/cut out in the closet area, as well. I expected better. "
