"Friendly helpful staff. Clean, spotless room. Great location for train station. Would've been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in room, but that's a minor thing. Would happily stay again."

"When we went down for dinner, the staff were very friendly and well mannered.
The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious and very well presented.
A very wide choice at breakfast …
Nothing was any trouble.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone as my experience couldn’t have been any better.
Thank you Bristol xx"

"The appartment location was great for walking around, the bed was quite comfortable for us. The only negative, was no access to additional toliet paper. We only had a partial roll for the whole time we were there, when we asked for more they had to send a request to someone who never turned up before we checked out. I had to run out a buy toliet paper for us to use."
