I don't like giving bad reviews but this place is not what was shown in the ad. There were a few problems, wifi was not high speed, it barely worked and I needed to use roaming the whole stay. Which sucked as I rented for the wifi speed to I could work during my stay. The rooms were quite dirty and mattresses were old, springs broken. I stayed10 days and they didn't clean my room once or change the bed sheets/towels. My gf was in another room and she needed to repeatedly ask and they changed her sheets 2 times over the 10 days. Rooms are not cleaned daily or at all unless you harass staff to do it. None of the rooms had functioning hot water in the showers. Restaurant below the hotel was quite expensive and never busy, I didn't try it so I can't review the food. The hotel pics are kinda misleading on Expedia, the hotel is actually the one photo of the restaurant, rooms are above it, not the nice beachfront photos shown on Expedia. The parking lot is actually owned by another hotel. The AC did work at least and the staff was kinda nice and location was really ideal for being close to Patong beach, were the upsides. Maybe if you were just staying one night it wouldn't be bad, but I don't recommend this place for an extended stay.

Terrible hotel, bad beds , No matress protecteor,The worst hotel I've stayed in. . I really don't recommend this hotel! This is not 3 stars hotel they should lose every star they've got! No blackout curtains No bottles of water No kettle No housekeeping Dirty fridge Bad WIFI connections Saw a big rat 🐀 comming out the ketchen downstairs Walking distance to the beach/Bangla RD. AC works well.

I feel awful leaving bad reviews. The family that were in charge of this place were friendly - at times a bit defensive when brought issues to. When I first arrived I was super impressed by the location - which is by far the best part about staying here. I was told on arrival that I'd be given an upgraded room which was fantastic. The first room I was given smelled like intense cat piss - straight ammonia. I couldn't tell what the chemical was. It could of possibly been paint? I'm really not sure. It gave me the worse headache and made me feel almost high. I went around to the other people staying there to see if there rooms were as bad - they weren't. It ended up being so bad that I couldn't stay in the room for longer than 3 hours. I ended up leaving and going to an entirely other place so I didn't have to stay there. The second room was an upgrade however was NOT clean. They even admitted to me they had left the sheets on from the previous people who stayed since the laundry hadn't come back yet. When i watched them remove the sheets what I saw underneath was a whole other story - stains of god knows what. There were ants everywhere - including the bed, counter tops, walls. The wifi wasn't very good. The fridge was very dirty. All night people were bringing in woman off the street. I just feel like this place would be good if it was cleaned and taken care of. It shouldn't be hard to be prepared to run such a run down hotel..

Gostei da atencao dos funcionarios - o lugar é muito bem localizado a 3 minutos da praia - porem a entrada do hotel é um restaurante Indiano - bem dificil de achar e um pouco estranho. Hotel defasado em termos de design...antigo... porem a cama era boa e localização ótima. Fiquei somente 1 dia - se busca preço ok - se busca passar férias boas va para outro local.
