1st time of staying at this hotel. The staff are absolutely fantastic 👏 👌 😀 🙌 loved the view from the balcony of the beach sorrounds, and a fabulous restaurant/ bar for meals etc all day long. Great breakfast option with a 200 baht discount every day, so basically if there are 2 of tou, 1 breakfast is free. Will return!

Very nice stay at the boathouse.

We had an enjoyable two week stay at Jomtien Boathouse. The hotel is well located, just next to the beach and within a short walk of many cafes, restaurants, and bars. Our room was pleasant and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good value and location.

Great location, nice breakfast with 200 THB credit per room. Very clean, across from the beach, Elvis plays in weekends. Only issue was we wanted to play cards in an empty dinning area and they said it was illegal to play cards.(LOL)

Budget Beachfront hotel with balcony

Stayed at the boathouse for 2 nights, it was clean and great value for money. Staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a budget good value for money hotel. Food downstairs in restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced.

Glad we just stayed one night

Air conditioning was not effective so very stuffy in the room, in the advertising it said off road parking , the parking is in public parking bays in the road so we were lucky to have a parking place

Sometime when we order drinks, the Bill only stayed half of what we ordered and they wanted double... I dont know why, when i for example pointed it out they Just gave a discount but they did not fix it... If you order 4 irish Coffee​ you should have the​Bill for 4 not for 2.. And on a paper they said the amount for 4 but for book it was 2. Didnt know what this was about.
