"The floor in the room was wet and it smelt. There was a cockroach on the bed. We arrived at 11pm. They said they had no more rooms but we could cancel and get a full refund. Still haven’t received the money. Expedia were useless, no help, no support. Just an AI bot talking in circles. "We stayed two weeks in the Ania beach side hotel. The room was clean, private, quiet and we had ocean view. Air conditioning came very handy and a floor standing fan. Staff were amazing, attentive and communicative. Room had fridge, electric kettle, microwave and some dishes and utensils. There is also shared kitchen on the main floor in case you need extra pieces of dishes. Location was great.
