"I was really surprised at this property. I thought it was a world, renowned golf hotel. It was absolutely no bar. The restaurant was small. It looks like it has been updated but on the fourth floor our room was good, but the hallways were disgusting. They had horrible carpeting with stains all over them, and we came out of the elevator. The walls were chipped."

"Had a issue with our 1st room the door wouldn't lock but they quickly moved us to another room. The water pressure in the shower seemed kinda weak and my wife was awakened by by ants crawling in the bed they were on the floor as well"

"The rooms are in need of a major upgrade. Room on 1st floor reeked of mildew. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was inoperable. The ceiling had been painted over multiple times indicating this is not a new problem. There was not a single hook in the bathroom for a towel, hand towel or robe. The area of town was a bit sketchy. "The advertised breakfast buffet is $11.99 per day per person. The posted hours are 6:30-9:30. We arrived at 9am. No plates, no napkins, no bacon, no cups, no mixed fruit. A few pieces of breakfast meats that appeared to have been sitting a while. No biscuits and gravy. The cooked foods were all about gone, and it appeared that they were more focused on finishing up the breakfast for 9:30 rather than bringing out more foods for those of us who came later in the morning . "Enjoyed my stay here. We typically stay here each time we visit the Jacksonville area. Great proximity to stores, restaurants and the Jaguar stadium (quick 10 min drive). We will continue staying at this location."
