"Everything was so nice down to the staff. By far the easiest check in / out process and the lady at the counter when we checked in was so sweet. She gave us recommendations on where to go to the beach , where to go out , and good breakfast spots."

"The hotel was in a great location and was very specious and clean. I would have rated it a 4, but the beds were the worst I have ever slept on in a hotel. We will be traveling to this area frequently and I am not sure I would stay again because of the bed. My husband and I never woke up in such pain!"

"Finally!! A decent property on Expedia. I was nearly ready to delete the app altogether. I am very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Four Points Sheraton over Memorial Day weekend. It was quiet and CLEAN! The property, the rooms, the lobby, all of it. I saw employees actively maintaining the property every time I came and went from it. 10/10 will book here again!"

"The staff were friendly but think worked, the room keys would continuously stop working, the pool area was ok but could use an update. Inside the room one of the handles wasn’t working and even after it was “fixed” didn’t work well. The frig wasn’t working so they swapped one out. The lobby smelled odd. Just wasn’t a great experience."

"I can overlook a certain amount of upgrades not being done, but our room literally smelled aweful. It was the worst every time the air clicked on. The room was mostly clean otherwise. The breakfast was a negative, too. The omlet line was long being a holiday weekend...wish we would have waited anyways because the other food was not good...we were there within the last hour of breakfast, so likely it had just sat out a long time. "The room had the basics and reminded me of a vacant dorm room where the chairs (industrial metal framed chairs) were still upside down on top of the desk - assumedly for ease of moping the floor. The refrigerator was filthy. The TV kept freezing so it was impossible to watch a movie. The walls are also super thin, you can hear everything outside and in the hall. "
