"Nice, clean rooms, but the Internet did not work the entire weekend, had trouble even getting the TV to work since the Internet was down The one thing that aggravated me was, they charged me three different times once and during my stay and had to make many phone calls to get those charges reversed… That was a little aggravating"

"My stay was wonderful. The staff at checkin were polite and helpful. The woman at checkout (who was training when I checked in) was absolutely amazing. I wish I had gotten her name because she was very personable while dealing with three things at once. The room itself was very comfortable and roomy. While there were a lot of people coming through and sitting in the lobby at different times of the evening, they seemed to be at least tied to the hotel to some degree and not random stragglers. Breakfast was...adequate. Whoever made the bacon must not like it (lol) and the eggs were probably powdered, but everything else was fine. I would definitely stay here again and maybe just peek at breakfast before deciding whether or not to McGriddle it."

"the rooms need better cleaning or redoing of the carpet. it smelled musty inside the room and felt like there was dust everywhere. the sheets smelled a bit off too. as for the breakfast it was good! no complaints there. "

"Great location, walk to restaurants,cvs,publex. Short ride up the road to Mickler’s beach. Room wasn’t as well maintained as I would have liked. Shower needed some extra cleaning or re caulking. Toilet was 50/50 after every flush that it would fill back up. Towel bar was very loose. The return vent in bedroom was very dusty as was the exhaust fan in the bathroom. "

"Staff were the worst in 30 years of staying at Marriotts. My arrival was going to be delayed, so I called the property to make certain they knew and would hold the room. It took no less than 12 calls over several hours to get anyone to pick up the phone. When they finally did answer the manager half heartedly said “sorry we had a big wedding.” WOW. Better customer service at roadside motel. This brand is not what it used to be - avoid at all costs."

"Our overall experience was good. The breakfast was good and the location was excellent. The only things we didn't really like was the bed, it was a bit too firm for our taste, and the pillows werent the best either. We liked everything else. Ther room was very comfortable and spacious."
