"Everything was good"

"#1 is that the pool was warm enough, 86 degrees. The hotel was clean, the room was clean and the breakfast area was clean and had fresh, hot food. This was our second time here and the stay was consistently good."

"Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. "The staff were very helpful and happy. Upon arrival, the individual at check in gave all the helpful information about the building. Very family friendly and a great price."

"The property was very new and very clean! Breakfast was quite good and offered a good variety."

"There were a ton of homeless people outside the building, but the security measures were very strong and the facilities were extremely clean and safe. The parking was additional which was frustrating. Otherwise the staff and amenities were stellar."

"Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there."

"We like the location due to it being off the highway eliminating the noise. The fitness center only had a working tread mill. That was disappointing. Breakfast was okay. It needed to be monitored better and restocked when low(muffins, eggs, utensils). Enjoyed the specialty coffee in the lobby. Beds were comfortable. "We showed up for our check in only to find that they had given our room to someone else and were sold out for the night. No refund issued. "

"Staff was excellent. Check in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was stocked and refilled throughout the morning. AC took a bit to cool the room down but we were coming from outdoor tournament and were extra hot."

"Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum."

"Close to the downtown"

"I will never stay there again Ice machine didn’t work. After asking about it I was told “sorry it was frozen up” that I could go to the third floor for ice. Not acceptable The whole front of the air conditioner was detached and laying on the floor on the other side of the bed. The coffee maker was missing the tray to put the coffee in so it didn’t work. There were rolliepollie bugs in the bathroom and on the floor. There was missing grout on the bathroom floor and the whole place smelled....
