"Ti Amo is a slice of peaceful paradise in Bali. The location is a little out of the way but so worth it. I chilled for 5 nights whilst enjoying the view, fabulous service and good food. I had a massage which I highly recommend. I also went on the sunrise trek to Jatiluwih which was incredible. I highly recommend that too. If you need to get away from the business of the world, Ti Amo is the place to go."

"Herr Karang und seine Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und es entstand insgesamt eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Die Gegend ist etwas ruhiger und fast gar nicht touristisch. Der Eigentümer arbeitet in der Tourismusbranche, weshalb er fantastische Empfehlungen für Ausflüge geben kann. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt bei dem ich mich jederzeit pudelwohl gefühlt habe. Auch das Klima ist in diesem Bereich Balis sehr angenehm. Ich denke ich komme hier nochmal vorbei. "We had a lovely stay here - rooms were lovely, with fresh fruit and a drink provided on arrival and easy check in! Beds were very comfy and room had all the amenities we needed! Restaurant and breakfast were great, staff all very friendly and welcoming, and there was a great selection of options to eat and drink. Would recommend!! "

"很明顯他們的員工不夠，訓練也不夠，員工服務非常慢，從來沒住過這麼遭的五星級飯店。 我們帶著兩個小孩抵達飯店時沒有人出來拿行李，我進去找人才有一個女服務生推著車出來，但是他完全幫不上忙，只站在旁邊看著。 櫃檯只有一個人在服務，沒有人指引要去哪裡辦理入住。 我們在房間點了一份炒麵也是等了40分鐘。 我需要一個嬰兒座椅在房間，等了20分鐘來了一個人說要幫我整理嬰兒床，我說我需要的是嬰兒座椅，再等20分鐘才來。一張座椅要等40分鐘？ 當你需要飯店的服務時都要等很久，我們對於Pullman感到非常失望，我絕不會再去也不會推薦朋友去住"

"My second time staying at Andaz Bali, forth time for Andaz including Singapore. I find the service quality consistent across the different places, a unique experience I have not found with other hotels I stayed. Compared to our first stay at Andaz Bali, my breakfast experience was greatly improved. There was so little waiting time for my orders unlike the first time when it took quite a while waiting time. Good improvement. Will definitely stay again here."
