"The views and grounds are stunning. The hotel itself has an “old glory” feeling to it, you would expect to run into “Hercules Poirot” any minute and not be surprised :-) The staff is friendly and very responsive. "Cosy and clean rooms, very traditional. Check in lady could have been a little more friendly. Overall pleasant stay. "

"Rooms have no a/c so in summer it’s really hot. They could use a bathroom update with showers and remove the tubs. The views are outstanding. And the room size was also nice."

"Location can’t be beat- right on the square, Hotel is charming with very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem is with the charm of an old building comes the lack of modern conveniences- namely air conditioning. No hotel on the square will have a.c, thought, and the room does have a fan to help, so it is manageable."
