"This is a great choice for a stay in a less busy part of Laguna, thats not too far from good restaurants and super close to the beach (right across the street). It's on the trolley route so its easy if you aren't up for the walkable distance to the Main Beach area, or have interest in North Laguna, Sawdust Festival, Pageant of the Masters, etc. Friendly and super attentive staff (thanks Erik) and the rooms are comfortable and clean. "Beautiful, clean resort with gorgeous views of the ocean. Front desk staff was a little stuffy. otherwise, room service, pool, restaurant and staff were helpful and pleasant. If you want a more spacious hotel, stay at the Laguna Ritz Carlton. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary."

"This hotel had an outstanding location for us and we truly enjoyed the Rooftop Bar and Restaurant. Our room was too small to enjoy. We barely had enough space for two suitcases. The phone did not work and trying to get local news on the TV was a chore. The people we dealt with were great. Felix, at the desk, was very pleasant and did his best to make our stay enjoyable.
