"They did not refill the soap or shampoo in the shower. I didn’t realize it until I was already in the shower. The pit 10 sheets of toilet paper in the Kleenex box instead of putting a new box in, who does that??? The TV didn’t work in our room. Wa really disappointed considering what we paid to stay there."

"We just got back from our trip, The staff was very nice and helpful, one of the ladies behind the desk went out of the way to help with A/C. They make sure you have towels and clean well!!! Missed having a bathroom in the lobby, where they serve breakfast. There is a musty smell in the halls. And some people are smoking in the elevator. Sad, when you tell them there is a no smoking area at hotel. Would come back, thank you M.L."
