"Great service nice resort all around"

"The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty. Staff there were all friendly; check in was a breeze and the map was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious."

"I was exhausted coming from early morning flights. A customer was ranting and raving about the poor condition her room was in. The staff member didn’t acknowledge me and allowed the customer to complain. The customer finally left after 5 minutes. I found it extremely rude not to acknowledge me. The room floor was sticky. The elevator smelled of rancid piss for a day. I didn’t have enough towels."

"Everything here was great, pool, bar food, the customer service all of it. The room was okay, during our 3 night stay the cleaners didn't come in and vacuum or clean our room they only left new towels. I would of wanted new sheets and cleaned floors during our stay but thats the only thing that we would of changed."

"The guy who checked us in was absolutely the sweetest! And his little sidekick (dog) made it even sweeter. They were very kind to us and the room was clean, comfy and wonderful. Just what we needed for one night! 😊 would definitely suggest to anyone staying for a short period of time. Honestly you can’t beat it for the price."

"If you are looking for a hotel with lots of pools and close to the ocean then you got it in this hotel! However I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff was kinda rude to us, they dont tell you that you have to pay for parking which is in a parking garage. Away from the building. The staff never told us where we are going for our room, we were on the 10th floor and theres many elevators to get lost in. Considering theres like 2 hotels put together. There isnt any housekeeping until the end...
