"We had a very nice stay at the Hub Premier Westminster May 16-20. The front desk staff was helpful on check in and friendly whenever we passed the desk to get to our room. We asked for an extra pillow and towel and these were supplied quickly with no issues. The breakfast that was included in our package was a great start to the day and included hot and cold items and amazing coffee! "Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"This is second time I have stayed at this hotel and it does not disappoint. Staff are excellent and do friendly. Food is great, especially the restaurant at night. We paid for executive room and the view was amazing. Only thing that I can say is, it was disappointing to not have access to the executive lounge and then to find out this lounge is only available between 9-5. And still needs to pay extra for. All and all I would still highly recommend and would definitely go back."

"I’d never stay again. Unfortunately the rooms were so tight and hot. they would not allow us to even open the windows. I didn’t mind the noise of people from the pub having fun. It was mainly the cleanliness of the hotel, air flow within each room and no amenities what so ever. Would not go back."
