"Had a great stay. Comfortable, breakfast"

"We got to hotel late on a cold night. I thought I had booked a room with a fireplace. I didn’t get that room. Room was freezing when we got in it. Took about two hours to warm up. The breakfast the next morning that said made to order was no where near that. Food was cold and had been cooked hours earlier. Oatmeal wasn’t even cooked. Staff were not friendly at the front desk. Will not book here again. There was ample parking though which was a plus in this old part of downtown"

"The room was cold and the thermostat wasn’t responding so we had to call twice to get someone to come up. The ventilation system was noisy and we asked about changing rooms but were advised they were all noisy. We checked out a new room and it was, in fact, just as noisy. When we got up the next morning, there was tray outside the door across the hall with a plate of a half eaten waffle, etc. I called and reported the tray still not being picked up that evening and it was still there when we...

"Do not stay here the pictures on Expedia are not the same pictures at the place. The place is completely outdated. If there are any nice rooms, they were not where you could see them. The shower had a hole behind the showerhead scratches and tears everywhere."

"Very clean and staff was very helpful"

"The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I...

"The room was clean, and the staff was great. They only do Valet Parking which was very convenient. The location of the hotel is less than 5 minutes from the Santa Fe Plaza. Few things that brought the rating down: 1. The breakfast was mediocre. They do scrambled eggs but they did not taste good even once. The cut fruits were not fresh - they appeared to have come from syrup and were very sweet. The Coffee was good. 2. The carpets are VERY old and did not look clean. 3. There was neither water...

"Remodeled rooms and clean. Good breakfast."

"I was so happy when they accomodated my early check in and late checkout. Shuttle to the airport is a big plus."

"Very clean and close to the Plaza and centrally located. Only needed more seating in extra large room"

"No one told us the swimming pool was under maintenance!!!!? We picked that hotel specifically for the indoor swimming pool. AND IT WAS UNUSABLE!!!!! That made our ENTIRE stay a mess!!!!"

"The rooms are cute and retro, but a bit worn out and tired. Loose tiles in the bathroom made closing the door tricky. We didn't have heat the first day/night, when we asked about it they said it just takes a while to warm up..well it never did, we reported it the next morning, and it got fixed fairly quickly. Parking is super tight, if you have a larger vehicle, it can be tricky. Breakfast was very minimal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and dry cereal. It did the trick, but nothing special. The idea...

"Mouse in room | High price, low value Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings. We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am. The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...
