"Tim who operated the shuttle service was excellent. The hotel location was good. The front desk was adequate and staff was generally cordial. The breakfast food kept running out , the tables in the breakfast room were not clean and the decor was very dated."

"The wifi did not work and the person ob duty Simon said it was the adobe walls that caused it. I explained that I needed to communicate with my work and needed reliable wifi. He ket me try another room at the other end of the property and it was no better. He then said it was my laptop causing the problem. I pulled out my iPad and showed him it was the same. I went down the street to the Motel 6 and their wifi worked just fine. I was only there for less than an hour and asked for a refund...

"The staff working at the hotel were EXTREMELY nice and helpful! The location of the hotel was perfect for a visit to Meow Wolf and a convenient ride to downtown. Everything worked well. While not as new or elegant as some hotels, the value (low price) was GREAT!"

"The room was really clean. The vet was comfortable. The front desk had two separate people while I was there and they were both just insanely helpful. The only problem and the only reason it got a three on facilities is that the elevator wasn't working. Everything else was fantastic!"
