"The property was generally clean. However if you get, as they put it a 'basic' room, it does not come with the basic items you would expect or are complimentary at other hotels such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc.
Generally the staff was friendly and helpful although some left much to be desired."

"Clean and convenient for the tram, bus and Promenade des Anglais. Pool was a little chilly but it was early March. Staffing was a bit light given how busy the place was but they worked really hard. One team to the airport and easy to get to the railway station. I would stay here again. "

Was clean , most of the staff were pleasant, breakfast was good.
Location is excellent close to new and old town.
I have stayed here in the past and didn’t appreciate that the pool and sun loungers were only open after may 15th unfortunately this wasn’t on the website so I assumed it would be available. We asked if we could have a lounger on the upstairs terrace we were told they were not available until 15th may . Drinks and food were still available on the...
