"The hotel was excellent. Our room was clean, the staff was excellent. They were super friendly and helpful. We ate in the cafe twice. The food and service were great. The hotel is in a great location close to many things. We walked to the train, bus, street car. Two blocks to the Saint Lawrence market, Hockey hall of fame. Very easy to get to the river center for clues games and scotiabank for maple leafs games. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay again"

"The room wasn’t the cleanest place, i mean it was okay but they certainly could do a deeper clean. The shower could’ve had a better clean. Webs in the corner of the rooms. The staff were very friendly though. Our room came with complimentary breakfast which was absolutely terrible. We tried it once and never again. The beds and pillows allowed me to have one of the best sleeps i’ve ever had in my life! Very comfy!! "
