"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"Our room with a view was clean and functional. It was showing some signs of 'old age' with a bit of plaster coming off the ceiling and dated furniture but the hotel is undergoing a lot of refurbishment and modern furniture would probably not be in keeping in an older building. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good as was the bar facilities. The restaurant was pleasant and the menu typical Greene King. "Heerlijk verbleven daar tijdens ons 4dgs bezoek aan FOS Goodwood. Fijne mensen die het runnen. Parkeren deden we in de omgeving en was af en toe een uitdaging een plekkie te vinden, maar met vergunning wel gratis. Ondanks warme weer, zonder airco, met fan prima koel op onze kamer."

"We had such a fantastic stay. The hotel is right opposite two bus stops which take you right to Newport, Ryde and Sandown and there is a Co-Op just down the road. The staff were so welcoming and exceptionally friendly. The room was restocked daily and cleaned beautifully. The food on the restaurant was outstanding. It can be a bit noisy until 11 due to it being a pub but it was not ongoing and we were not disturbed by it. We could not have asked for another place to stay."

"What a lovely place to stay, the location was great with parking nearby. Shops and restaurants and bars were of walkable distance, rooms had everything we needed and staff were friendly and more than helpful with any other needs. The lovely continental breakfast and fresh coffee was a real treat."

"There were two restaurants near one Greek and one Latin American we tried the latter and it was good, the Greek one was closed Monday. Staff were welcoming, small family run hotel so personal. Nice bar area. Breakfast was included (continental) but they did offer boiled eggs or bacon bap or sausage bap in the morning."
