"The pool was great but the service the cabana service was really bad and the service at the bar could have been better. Also there was construction on the bathrooms and it was super loud and made it difficult to relax. "

"Purchased 2 rooms for 4 nights. Housekeeping was nonexistence. Only after calling front desk for some sort of housecleaning service after 2.5 days, minimal service was afforded with changing out the towels. Used glasses and coffee cups not exchanged for new. Vacuum of floor not performed. You'd think they would focus on last 2 nights for minimal daily service that they admitted is customary did not materialize. Just awful service for 2K... "

"Staff was excellent, rooms have been updated and were comfortable/clean. Pool area restaurant/bar had good breakfast/lunch options but are pricey. Enjoyed the water bottle fill station in lobby and armband for room key is a nice update. Only stayed for one night to see some friends that were there, wouldn’t be my first choice but was overall a good stay. "

"Booked 6 months out, called to confirm a poolside or oceanfront room, instead was given a room outward facing towards the parking lot near the elevator. Had to ask for conditioner 3 times before it was filled."

"We loved everything about this room! Very spacious and neat. The room had everything you could think of. The pool area was very nice. We loved the breakfast! It was the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel. The only thing I wished was better that the shower walls were a bit cleaner, but everything else was spot on. "
