"Our stay was great. The only thing we needed was extra towels (6 towels for a group of ten in a 4 bdrm) and we asked and we're given promptly. Would have been helpful to have body wash as well but overall, great stay. Clean, super convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend"

"June 10-12 and we wanted to stay longer but this was part of a Niagara trip. We love this resort, 100%. The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. It was a down time so the resort was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was amazing, we just wished we booked or planned for more time. There is a cute town Port Colborne close by with...

"Hot tub was empty, air conditioner didn’t work so the temperature inside was 25 Celsius most of the time. They promised to have someone come out to help and they never came. Dead bugs stuck to walls, mouldy bathroom. Definitely not a “Luxury” stay or worth the price "
