"We have stayed at the Oban for many years. Our room was small but clean. Pillows need a review as huge and not easy to sleep on. The front gardens beautiful. One staff member very sweet. Overall okay. Location is great and golf club although patio closed is lovely. Despite poor weather we enjoyed."

"The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, but unfortunately the staff’s service was very disappointing. The front desk employee who checked me in was not helpful. She didn’t tell me that I needed to use an elevator to reach my room, didn’t mention that there is a casino inside the hotel, and didn’t explain the breakfast hours or whether breakfast was included with my stay. Because of the poor customer service and lack of basic information, I don’t expect to stay at this hotel again."

Also i asked ath the front desk to provide housekeeping on day 2 and they did not respond they sent some one after texting on Expedia for towels. They do not pick phone calls. With the price i paid terrible experience"

"We had a wonderful stay at Sterling Inn & Spa. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The location is great- close enough to walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls while still feeling peaceful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls."

"Très bel hôtel bien situé , personnel agréable . Propre. J’aurais aimé que le personnel a l’arrivée parle français. Il y a eu un alerte le 24 juin alors que nous étions au 13 ieme étage. Nous avons à peine eu le temps de mangé trop inquiets. Et donc descendu 13 étages à pieds car les ascenseurs ne fonctionnaient pas . Finalement les pompiers sont arrivés et tout est revenu normal ."

The other downside os that The property is old ,, not even renovated ,Over all , its the location that i like the most. i am not happy with is the price online with expedia is not the one i paid for. I paid more than what i reserved for. I was told its more on weekends . Oh well, what a shocked to me though."

"We have stayed at many hotels and motels in Niagara Falls over the years and this hotel is by far the best we have stayed at. The room was exactly as advertised. Parking was close and priced reasonably compared to the others in the area. Dining options are plenty and within walking distance. The noise level is also low compared to others we have stayed at, but it was a weekday so maybe that was factor to consider."
