"Great location!! "

"The hotel itself was average and clean, the kids were happy because they mainly wanted to enjoy the pool and the sea — and those needs were met. What really affected our stay, though, was how we were treated by some of the staff. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this before in parts of the Caribbean, and it’s disappointing every time. "Good decent club. Nice studio rooms. We had rooms on the ground floor so you walkout to the beach. Plenty beach chairs available; pool is pretty good too. Onsite food and drinks can get better."

"Pool, Beach , restaurants , shops , coffee / snack bar , what’s there not to love! We used the very nice gym daily although an extra charge of 5/6$ per visit . Bartender at the main pool bar was fabulous ! Rolls weee comfortable , my boys loved the Murphy beds . Market close by , can walk to all the restaurants . Booked a second floor villa and it was perfect ! Loved this resort for our family spring break ! "

"Stayed at Divi with my family. Great location. The pools well kept but on the small side, Beach is perfect though. Staff was helpful with special shout out to Devon who serves on the beach from Gizmos. Lew was a great bartender at Gizmos too. The rooms are dated but we didn't go to spend time in the room. Can't say enough about the location located on a beautiful peninsula."

"We really wanted to leave a good review of Villa du Kapress because the staff were so lovely and overall the villa is really nice, we also had one of our best meals here while we were on St.Maarten. The Villa was also nicely located so we’re weren’t right in the craziness, but a short drive away. But, there were somethings that took away from our experience. "View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,...

"I was disappointed with my stay. The room appeared clean at first, but I unfortunately saw two cockroaches during my stay, which made me very uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously."

"We stayed here for a few days before Anguilla. The property is dated but very clean. The restaurant is very good with fair prices. I will stay here again hopefully the living quarters will be updated soon. The beach is nice and being able to walk to the other resort was a plus, more restaurants. They don’t acknowledge or do anything special for your birthday."

"Not a 4 star property - may have been 20 years ago, but badly in need of a renovation. The location is great (especially for Maho beach) and it is clean, but expect a timeshare property that is straight out of the 90’s. Also, the “free” WiFi didn’t work for my room. "

"i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much "

"Everything that we need is there perfectly. Loved the view from the room , modern decor, lovely breakfast and of course, warm concierge. She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! "

"The property was ok compared to other resorts we have been too. We are very thankful we did NOT do the all inclusive package as the restaurant options were lackluster at best. Mix the rooftop bar was a great experience, best spot at the resort, just check the weather forecast before booking!
