"Overall stay was good, but check-in was a nightmare. 10pm with many to check-in, and one young guy (had to be younger than 20) was tied up on the phone with a manager who instructed him NOT to check in the line of ppl but leave everyone to go clean something in another room. Checking everyone in would have taken five minutes. He was gone at least twenty to clean everything. When his relief came he left immediately and told the other workers to finish cleaning up. It was all very unprofessional....

"On the good side, as usual, these hotels are always clean and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. My dislikes were that the ice machine on the second and third floor were not working. The bathroom chair was broken and left outside the tub. They were not helpful in guiding us to amenities in Knoxville. "

"Very clean, very spacious rooms - the facility is obviously well-cared for. Front desk service was prompt and friendly. The breakfast and coffee are admittedly pretty terrible, but there are plenty of other options around the Turkey Creek area (and Chobani yogurt and basic bagels/toast were available if you want to stick with the hotel.) Parking was plentiful and easy to navigate."

"Our stay was good with the exception of the pillows on the beds were not at all acceptable. We requested and received extra however each one was the same, zero support or comport. For comparison I would describe them ALL as an empty bean bag that no one wants to sit on. "

"Not what we expected from this chain, During the time we were there, (checked in Tuesday, left Friday) never saw housekeeping (little tag on the bathroom mirror says "daily") The pool wasn't open, isn't listed as seasonal, and was nice weather, part of our visit was afternoons sunning by the pool (didn't happen). The shower was dingy and no water pressure, the grab handle had rust stains running out of the bottom. Pick another hotel, many in the area."

"Put me in the incorrect room- part of a two room thing - I paid for more and even though they said they would move us they did not. Our room which was to be a king room only had a desk chair and a bed-nowhere to put luggage but desk. Offered to give us a free night at Marriott but we do not travel much where we need a hotel so that is useless to us. Breakfast was horrible- long waits in lines and never refilled muffins bagels bread etc "
