"My husband and I spent 5 days at Silver Palms, our first trip to Key West. We had a wonderful trip and Silver Palms was a great place to stay. Very easy to walk everywhere, very clean, room was great, excellent breakfast each morning, even made to order omelette’s every morning pool side, very safe area, CVS a few steps away for anything you may need, exceptional staff, very helpful for anything you may need, Simona, the lobby receptionist, was the very best, she was helpful with any questions, very knowledgeable of the area, just a great experience at Silver Palms for our first adventure to Key West. We will be back!"

"Halls, stairs, floors, doors are filthy and nobody cleans. We were told to leave the beach b/c they had to put a concert all staff was put on that the next day not one single umbrella was put up. W/o the beach there was no room at the pool. Two days were lost due to this concert which was for VIP and not guests. Horrible and certainly not “Resort & Spa” worthy. "

"I have a mixed review about this property because I couldn’t properly assess it. My first experience was great. We arrived early from our other property and while our room wasn’t yet available the two gentlemen were very helpful explaining parking and check in procedures and held our luggage for us. Later in the afternoon I suffered from a seizure and my next recollection was waking up in the room. I missed the whole check in processs but I assume it went well. The room (tropical suite) was great but watch the hot water. "
