"Everything was very clean staff was nice. Place could use updating but was a great stay"

"Out off 6 reading lamps on the room only 2 worked. Plug to alarm clock was bent and didn’t work. Check in was a bad experience. Everyone had to wait in lobby then rushed in to the desk exactly at 4 pm. I never experienced that at any hotel."

"The room had a weird smell. Like an air freshener gone bad. The walls looked roughed up. We had hairs on the shower wall that predated our stay and on the back of the sink. The sheets on one bed had brownish stains and more hair on them… were they even changed from the people before us? Tried hard not to think about it and got out of there as early as we could. Breakfast was ok. Waffles were good and it was pretty quiet over night. Probably will not stay there again especially with how much we...

"The water park, gym and arcade were closed. This was not noted on the website. The hallways are old and dingy. The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows should be king size on a king size bed. We did not try the breakfast offered."

"Room was nice & clean. Staff was polite & helpful. Pool & jacuzzi were nice. Breakfast was good but need more staff to help. Only had 1 women and she was doing the best she could. Felt bad for her. It was very busy and as quick as she replenished and put things out… it was emptied. Would definitely stay again."

"I stay here every time I'm in Batavia. Wish the horses were always racing though. Walking distance to great restaurant, Alex's. Great restaurant right in the casino. Bartenders were very friendly in casino and never waited for a drink. Continental breakfast is wonderful. Have your pick of just about anything. Maids were super friendly also. Great place."
