"Great experience overall even given the fact there was a bad storm that resulted in multiple power losses. The room was a little warmer than we would have liked but once again not their fault. Multiple power losses! They are updating the hotel now but I felt it was already nice already. Will definitely being staying there again, while our son finishes at UNCP!"

"Property cancelled my reservation for me because when I arrived there was a musty odor and smoke smell in the nonsmoking room. My child has asthma and couldn’t stay. Pool was closed as well. Staff told me I didn’t owe anything and gave me a receipt but Expedia agents have been unable to speak to anyone at the property to confirm this was cancelled and I shouldn’t be charged. The room smelled terrible."

"room was clean & common areas are well maintained. parking is free with plenty of spaces. there are about 4 ev chargers located in the property. breakfast is nice with some cold and hot items to pick from. would come back here again if i have work at this location."

"The location is convenient off of I-95. The bed was comfortable. However, the property needs some upgrades: The carpet in my room had several stains. The breakfast is okay, but it would be great to have nondairy milk."

"This is our third state at this hotel. Very convenient right off the highway. A large pool and a Denny’s for breakfast. Several restaurants location around the area. I recommend this hotel to any travelers."

"The property is clean and centrally located in Lumberton. The staff were very polite and helpful. The only problem we incurred was that there were no non-pet friendly rooms due allergies."

"This place is absolutely horrible. There were no light switch covers. We had to fight to get out the door because it didn’t want to unlock. There were cigarette burns on the side of the tub. The lamp had cobwebs. If I could give it a -10 I would. Don’t waste your money!"

"The breakfast was probably the best continental breakfast we've ever had with impressive variety. Everything in our room was clean and worked well; our suite was spacious. Just one thing to be aware of is the EV charging costs more than the surrounding Tesla superchargers, is a slow charger, and has congestion fees. This has not been our experience with EV chargers available at other hotels; they've always been free for us in other hotels across multiple states that we've visited."

"Booked this room online with Expedia . We walked into the room and the there was dead roaches on the floor. Pulled sheets back and there was urine and what looked like blood stains all over the mattress and pad and sheets for that matter. Globs of hair in the drain of the shower and smelled like someone died inside the room. Definitely don’t waste your money"

"I ended up not staying because the doors could not be secured, rooms offered were unacceptable- people hanging about outside and I did not feel safe. My fee was returned to Expedia, but I have yet to see a refund sent to me. Desk person was kind and helpful- but I could not stay at this facility. And I want my refund from Expedia!"
