The staff was friendly and helpful especially the desk staff , Heather on days and Robin on the night shift were very engaging and helpful. The cleaning crew were adequate although simple mistakes were made as not replacing towels and face cloths and not replacing coffee and the creamer/ sugars when depleted. The gym was basic but had a decent amount of machines and a cable work out machine. The pool ( which I didn't use) was...

"Everything was great except the very uncomfortable queen beds. Neither bed was comfortable and the pillows were not supportive.
However, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, offering about anything you could want and as much as you want.
We would probably book the hotel again and make sure we are not in the same room as this visit."
