"This may be an outlier experience. The room and facilities were good as is obviously the super convenient location next to ROC. However check in was quite slow as the desk had one person on her first day working solo many things went wrong. She was super nice, just having a very difficult time. "I can give 5 stars for cleanliness and value. But this is a 2 star property. Small rooms, no closets in the rooms (just hooks on the wall), limited breakfast, elevator not working, etc."

"We had our truck broken into right in front of a camera that they had on the side of the building. The staff member on duty who looked like he was lucky to be 16 did very little to help us. Didn’t even call the police for us we had to. And the manager couldn’t be bothered to come in so that the police could try to look at the surveillance footage, which most likely we’re gonna find out the cameras, don’t even work."
