"Lovely accommodation above a local inn with very nice restaurant. Room was beautifully presented with both bath and shower room and bed was very comfortable. Food is served in a great restaurant, being part of the pub and clearly a favourite with locals. The menu was excellent with fish and meat courses and breakfast was equally as good. Very friendly staff, good food and wonderful room. The perfect combination! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again. "

"Very comfortable room. The first night a little warm but after turning the heating down better the 2nd. Very good water pressure in the shower and good toiletries (white company) Ate both nights of our stay and the food was very good. Staff where very good through out the hotel but it was a little frustrating when our dessert arrived without any cutlery and it took 5 mins before they noticed. Good location for Chatsworth and other local attractions. Would stay here again."

"From the moment we arrived till we said goodbye the staff were accommodating, personable and demonstrated efforts to ensure we felt comfortable and well served. Lovely, comfortable hotel with a very good breakfast - buffet cereals etc and cooked to order hot breakfast. Staff were very pleasant and xame across as efficient and happy in their work. "
