"The staff was great especially at the front desk. Overall, it looks clean but when walking with socks, our white socks turn black. The tub was clogged so every time we showered, it filled up pretty quickly. The location was very convenient for my needs. Overall, it wasn't too bad. I wish we had more option for breakfast. Parking was great!"

"Expedia let us down by not paying our payment to the hotel so we spent 45 mins on the phone to Expedia in the reception trying to explain that we had paid and they needed to moat the hotel but they were all A bunch of idiots at Expedia. Receptionist was unhelpful at first but eventually warmed up to our predicament. Room was lovely and breakfast was amazing"

"Everything was fine except that when we exited the elevator on floor three we were hit with a horrible musty smell and humidity. The room air and smell was awful too. Sinuses immediately clogged up and sneezing was awful therefore hard to sleep. I mentioned it to front desk and she said oh yes that happens when it’s cloudy all day. My opinion is that management doesn’t care enough to upgrade hvac to account for Florida weather therefore I will never stay there again."

"Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess.
