"The hotel was being renovated on the first floor. Very poor signage for where to enter hotel. Staff was confused with every question. The lady cooking couldn't speak english and the food was cold. Very little fruit and no pastry of any kind. Not what I would have expected for a Hyatt."

"The rooms were extremely clean nice and quiet I wish there were more restaurants close by if you don’t have a vehicle but that has nothing to do with the hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool there was some maintenance going on. But the Staff was very helpful and polite it was our first time staying there but we will definitely stay there again."

"Other than my $150 deposit being refunded to me everything was very nice but for some reason I'm getting the runaround on my deposit of $150 so if they ask you for $150 deposit to try not to pay it because they will give you a problem trying to get it back"

"There was an issue checking in . We reserved 2 rooms under 1 reservation . The staff said we only had 1 room. I showed her my Expedia hotel confirmation , and they wouldn’t help me and told me to take it up with Expedia . I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia working it out . It was not what I needed after driving for 12 hours. The hotel was beautiful though . "

"Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Loved the plentiful amenities at this place, like the pool and free bicycles guests can use. Perfect location, close to plentiful shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was very friendly as well. The breakfast buffet was amazing!"

"The hotel was always super clean and everyone was friendly, only one issue. I booked on Expedia and had a pet when I arrived. The lady at the desk didn’t know how to do that so she just charged me me the $150 deposit. The next day the lady knocked on my door for 5 mins to collect the pet fee. I wasn’t there, my husband was in shower and the dog went crazy. She saw me coming up the elevator and said I need to collect the pet fee I said ok. Came down a few mins later she said she reversed the 150...
