"I booked this hotel at the last minute, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the front desk receptionist was incredibly friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also offered free parking and complimentary breakfast. There is a gas station near which was an added bonus before getting back on the road. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Location was very good, just a block or two from the King of Prussia mall. Rooms were good, except ours had a faint odor of Raid bug spray, which unfortunately was the strongest right behind the bed. Other than that a very nice place to stay. Just be ready at check-in for them to charge your credit card (refundable) $50 for "incidentals","

"More light inside the room and the curtains more dark because for me it’s a little bit difficult sleep with a lot of light. Thank you"

"Staff here were all so nice and helpful! The lobby and parking areas were very well maintained. Breakfast was nice. Shower stall/tub and soap situation (no body wash only hand soap?) was the only negative - since I was on an outdoorsy trip it was kind of a letdown but the room was great otherwise."

"Front desk staff were not friendly at all. We booked a suite for 7, we got 3 towels, when I asked for more, they acted like I was taking all they had! We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping did not update towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to ask for it, was told to bring dirty tags downstairs to switch out that housekeeping does not do this until you checkout. Breakfast was good but the space was too small for the amount of people that was there."

"The staff was amazing. However, anytime I book a hotel I always book with needing a pool in mind. The pump to heat the pool was not working, therefore I was unable to go swimming as the water was extremely cold. Also, the air conditioner was not working for the two nights that I was there. I bought it to the attention of staff, and they did mention that they were having some problems so that was utterly uncomfortable having to sleep in a hot room."

"I had reserved a Queen size bed and another individual had the same issue. I was told the majority of the beds are Full Size. That should be clear if that is the case. However the front staff was nice and helpful."

"Room wasn't available when I arrived. Was called earlier in the day to confirm reservation that was prepaid almost 3 months earlier. Breakfast was terrible. No orange juice the first day, no apple juice or orange juice the second day. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone!!"

"Fire company called for arson fire and was never told. Should have more then one elevator for three floors. Felt disrespected by staff the whole weekend."

"Be aware there are no elevators. We knew this but our room was on the third floor, basicly the attic, and we are both in our 70s. The air conditioner was noisy so tough to sleep. It served the purpose as we were attending a funeral in the area."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits.
