Hotel dekat Perkins Center for the Arts

"It was very noisy. There needs to be door seals between adjoining rooms so that loud conversations aren’t heard. It made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Hotel needs updating also."

"Our experience was absolutely unacceptable! We arrived at 12:20 AM and didn’t get into a proper room until 2:20 AM. After waiting an hour, we were given a room that was completely unprepared, with furniture and mattresses piled up and linens on the floor, as shown in our video. The front desk blamed Expedia for the reservation issues. We were then charged for an additional room, even though our king suite had a sofa bed that could accommodate us. We returned the extra room key and requested...

"The lobby is beautiful and the employees were very nice but our room left something to be desired. It smelled stale because the air had obviously been turned off for some time and the bathroom had wallpaper peeling off the wall. Ran out of toilet paper the first night because there was not a fresh roll in the bathroom on arrival and the tissue paper box had one tissue in it. A german cockroach was found alive in the bathroom as well. No room service upon return either. The beds had wrinkled...

"Clean room"

"First, this is a Red Carpet Inn, not a Motel 6, which caused us to drive around a bit before we went inside and asked. Luckily, they had our booking. There are people residing at this motel but they were very quiet and kept to themselves. The location was perfect for us. You can tell they are trying to keep the place nice but up close, there’s peeling paint and some things are old. Nonetheless, the room was spotless with a nice, comfortable bed. We brought our own pillows, thankfully. There were...

"This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. The photos online were completely misleading and looked nothing like the actual rooms. The first room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and was extremely dirty. We requested another room, but the second was just as disgusting. The bathroom smelled like urine, was not clean, and there were cockroaches. The conditions were completely unacceptable and unhygienic. It was very late at night, and I was traveling with my two children, so leaving...

"Due to recently hiring new housekeepers, our room had a bedding issue which when we reported to management, was promptly corrected by hotel employees. Anthony, front desk attendant, was extremely friendly and helpful in taking care of the problem. Breakfast was very nice. Room and hotel were very clean."

"Everything was wonderful and easy from start to finish. Hotel staff is attentative and always available. The rooms were extremely nice. Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a hotel"

"Friendly staff, great breakfast and easy to access location."

"Really loved this stay - location, balcony in the Juliet suit overlooking market street and old city. Walking distance to many great places. This hotel is quaint and historic- would be nice if substantial breakfast was available at the restaurant as this part of philly has few breakfast options. Very comfortable stay."

"We liked that everything smelled fresh and clean. I notice pillows especially and these smelled very fresh."

"The property was modern and clean. The breakfast was good. The main issues my family faced was the noise from people coming in around 2am & talking loudly in the hallway. We were there for an early soccer tournament so our night was often disrupted. We were put on the first floor which I will never accept again. Also through Expedia, we were offered “multiple beds” but in the end it was only a king bed & an uncomfortable sofa bed with a weird trundle bed underneath. I do not plan to use this...

"The hotel was charming in a great location. The staff was more than helpful. While the hotel itself was built in the 18th century, the room itself was modern and comfortable."
