"The indoor pool was ice cold , when asked about the heated pool the staff stated that the thermostat was broken. Very disappointing! I book the room to indulge in the pool. I feel like I waisted my money and time. I could have stayed at another hotel with a working heated pool. "

"Quick getaway for a family of 5, Very friendly staff, the hotel inside seemed very clean and well organized, outside in the property they were plastic bottles on the grass, lots of parking. The room is nice and spacious, only 3 shower towels, but clean bathroom, we used the pulled out sofa , they only had a blanket for it no sheets or pillows, so I had to go get them at the concierge desk. The mattress in the pulled out sofa has to be replaced, is not only thin, but only God knows what year it was from, you could feel every coil in it. And it made loud noises every time you moved so we didn’t sleep much. We went to breakfast the next morning, they had a variety of goods, the eggs were dry and a bit burnt and they didn’t have big coffee carafes, so you had to make coffee in the tiniest machines,( the ones they put in the room), which is very inconvenient, it takes very long, and a huge line of people waiting for coffee… if the other ones went bad, they could always rent coffee carafes. But I guess they wanted to save money and inconvenience every patron. Again the staff was really friendly and the rooms are big. "

"I stayed there twice recently and the first time I didn’t really have to many complaints besides it didn’t seem to clean. But the 2nd time I was on the side facing mc Donald’s this time and there was roaches as other people mentioned. I was totally disgusted tbh and put all my stuff back in the car and just prayed for the best since I was there for one night. I thought I was seeing things at first and then I saw another one crawl right under the floor board and then every once in a while another would pop out and I had a female guest with me that was ready go smh"
