"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great location and room!"

"Valet was inefficient to say the least. The price for valet that was listed on the internet was different than the price listed at the front desk and also different than what was on the valet stand. We paid more than all of those and we paid for covered parking. We did not get covered parking. We tried to get into our vehicle and Valet told us where it was and gave us the key. The car was not there. We searched for 15 min in a lot to find it. When we were leaving, the valet man couldn't be found to go get the car. We had to wait 25 minutes for them to get a valet person from another hotel across the street to come over and get us our car. We also paid for covered parking and it wasn’t covered. I requested a one day refund and the manager to call me. I never heard from anyone. Elevator didn’t work either. Not worth the money. "

"Exceptional in every regard less one thing. On top of the $859 I paid to stay for one night in advance, I received an invoice for an additional $32 amenity fee. When I asked about the fee, the concierge proceeded to point out all of the amenities in the hotel, and there are many, and I was told they pass that fee on to every client to help cover the cost for such amenities. I responded, then what was the $859 I already paid you for?"

"The shower did not work in our room and the front desk tried offering us only a $50 credit, after I complained that I had to drive home now for 6 hours without a shower. Unacceptable treatment for customers. The room should have been comped for a one-night stay in a room without a working shower. Pitiful customer service from a non-American."

"The hotel was awesome 👏 When we first got there we were greeted by very kind people. They helped carry our luggage to our room and was a breeze, absolutely ZERO hassle. It made me feel rich for once! They also packed my car for me in a very protected car garage. The room was very clean and sanitary and had a great view of the city! Then in the lobby it had a number of amenities like a food place, beer bar, TVs, lounge area, and games! The games were super fun for the whole family! There was arcade games such as The Simpsons and NBA and was a lot of fun. There was also foosball, and shuffle board! Then at the bar it was very kid friendly and had a basketball shooting game! The gym was also pretty good. It’s not the most advanced but it gets the job done ✅. It has plenty of free weights, a bench, and some machines. The breakfast was also very good! It was awesome and Nashville is the best!"
