"Very nice rooms. Common areas are bit dimly lit and unexciting. Some common areas in general and the chairs in my guest room were a bit worn in areas, but it appears the property is under renovation, so hopefully those little touches will bring the property up to a higher standard. "Booked with Expedia five months prior to my stay. When I arrived the hotel informed me that I didn’t have a reservation even though I had a confirmation number from Expedia. They were all booked up and no more rooms available. Now I have had to file a claim to get my money back. Awful experience and terrible customer service."
