"We stayed at The Elser for our anniversary, and overall if was a wonderful experience. The property was very nice and clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from our room-we were even able to watch the cruise ships depart from the Port of Miami.

"My first concern is that I thought I was renting an apartment in the Citizen M building in Brickell but ended up in an apartment above a multi storey car park a mile away from where I wanted to be. This might be the Expedia algorithm, to be fair. The second complaint is that the check in experience was diabolical. "For the price, I’d expected a lot better quality. You pay amenities fees, but there are zero amenities. The rooms are decent, however the dishes were dirty in the cabinets. The price for mini bar items was ridiculous 3.50 for a bottle of zepherphillis (think Walmart quality) water, I ate one of the mini bar KitKats (for 4.50) and it was mostly melted!
I will not be staying again, nor would I ever recommend this place to a friend, there are a few enemies that I’d tell to stay here though!...
