"The room was very dusty. There was toothpaste in the bathroom sink and on the faucet. No kleenex. The on not positive was it had a refrigerator. No utensils, kitchen ware. Room smelled like smoke. Bed was hard and when you laid on it, the plastic it was wrapped in crinkled. I was worried about bed bugs but I didn't see any. This looked like a long term place for homeless people. It was a big mistake to stay there for a short business trip."

"Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. There are people with kids there but there some things I wouldn't want my kids seeing that I'd have to explain. The staff was awesome and very...

"The room was dirty and in very bad condition. They changed our room and the air conditioning didn't work in this room, so we decided to cancel the reservation."

"Overall, the room was rundown and dirty. The showerhead had mold on it. The deadbolt lock on the door did not work and the bed was uncomfortable. It seemed that there hadn't been any renovations in quite a while. I travel to this area frequently and will not stay here again."

"Hotel room was not up to par for a family. This hotel is best for a 1 night solo stay if you just need to lay down. Rooms were not clean, our room only had 1 towel and 1 wash cloth. Floors are cracked up and hallway walls need a paint job. Constant noise in the neighborhood (dirt bikes, car alarms, fireworks,) so barely got any sleep. They did offer a continental breakfast. Only bright spot of the stay. Good luck."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t travel often, but when I do, I usually stay in lower value hotels because I don’t require much. But the dead animal stench and the roaches crawling throughout the room were too much. I’ll probably never stay in an America’s Best Value ever. I had reserved 2 nights but had to cancel the last night and went to a different hotel."
