The room and restaurant in particular, were very good, but when I booked I had forgotten it was a pub as well. It would be great for someone who doesnt want to sleep before 1130.

Wonderful staff

Most wonderful staff throughout our stay. It was super hot and sadly no fans in the room. There are areas of ware and tear but otherwise a wonderful stay.

Steve, Kerry and all the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Lovely and clean. Comfy bed. Cracking breakfast. Easy private access for returning late when pub is closed. What more could you ask for 😊

A great find. The staff were very friendly, room very comfortable with a massive bed and best of all a bath! As someone who only has a shower at home a bath is a real pleasure. Breakfast was freshly cooked, plentiful and delicious as was the meal I had in the evening.

Lovely overnight stay. Room a little on the small side and lacked wardrobe. Also , only one chair. Food in restaurant was excellent with good service.

Enjoyed a one night stay in the lovely village of Eckington.The area has many lovely walks and gardens to visit, Croome being one of the closest. The folder at the hotel gave clear details. The room was quite small but the bed was comfortable and the duvet wonderful. The room would have benefited from having a chair. The freshly cooked breakfast was very good!

Clean and functional

An ok stay - suited our purpose. A no frills stay, room very small but sadly with wall banging neighbours. Limited T bags but luckily the shop opposite opened at 6am for top up. Note on wall states mgmt were in Room 1 if you need anything - no reception staff so is as it says - Restaurant with rooms.

Was good for price and had own restaurant. Expedia states check-in after 1pm, must check though because that not correct. Room was ok but 2 double glazed windows in room blown and window curtains made closing ensuite door awkward. Electric shower not simple to use and no instructions.

Fabulous dinner, welcoming staff.

This is primarily a restaurant which has about 5 guest rooms. We had room 5, which was a basic, small double, no frills. Kettle and a few drinks packets. No chair so had to sit/lounge on bed. Tiny en-suite with lovely hot water and shampoo/ shower wash Comfortable for one night but no longer. Big plus however, is the welcoming friendly professional bar/restaurant staff and superb quality food. Breakfast was sadly a let down. Server not so friendly. Basic 2 cereal and orange juice toast and cooked. My omelette was brown, heavy & overcooked. The poached egg was undercooked and straggly. We will stay again as we regularly travel that direction.

Stayed for one night, the room was a little on the small side but once we tried the restaurant this didn’t matter, the food and service was excellent. The breakfast was very good and the staff were really nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Good stay for Malvern events

We had a very pleasant stay. A last minute booking. The evening meal was very enjoyable and a good breakfast. The room was small but adequate for a one night stay. We would book again returning to the area.
