Hotel Mewah di Perth

"The hotel is in a beautiful setting with great views over the surrounding countryside and a well maintained golf course. Our room was fairly basic and a little shabby which we expected to be more polished for the price paid. The restaurants were good, particularly the breakfast, included in our rate, which had a good selection and was great value for money. The food at the Cairns restaurant for dinner was nice but the service was a bit disjointed. There was a lot of staff but still took a while...

"Long established country house hotel located in beautiful spot on the banks of the River Tay and a great place to relax and unwind. The main baronial style hotel is quite grand and has a nice dining room. We stayed in the adjacent Riverside Rooms annexed to the main hotel. Both dinner and breakfast was excellent (the food is locally sourced) but (small issue) staff forgot to serve coffee one morning and tea the next morning at breakfast (with no apologies for the delay and oversight). "The hotel is very handy for town centre with onsite parking. The manager and staff were all very friendly and helpful if you had a query. The evening meals were very excellent with freshly made individual cooked breakfasts 🍳 n the morning. Tea/ coffee and toast brought to the table. Great service."
