I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Based on the room description, it was supposed to include cookware, an oven, and other kitchen facilities, but these were not provided. I raised this with the hotel staff, but they were not very friendly and did not acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology. ...

When I arrived in the room the bathroom floor was wet like someone had just taken a shower. Then the ceiling was dripping water below the air conditioning duct all night. The dripping water kept me awake.

Comfortable and quiet. Perfect location for events at RAC Arena. I checked in at 3.05pm and all the parking was already full so I had to spend $44 at the CPP next door. Lesson for next time to see if I can reserve a spot upon booking. Room service was quick, the corn ribs were amazing but unfortunately ...
