NO elevator, I need to carry All luggages to level 1 downstairs. Staffs helpful and friendly. I booke d for 4 adults. bed like queen but a bit small. Shouldn’t be for for 4 adults. No kettle and you need to pick up all glass, tea and coffee in receptions., bring your own water bottle as well. "

"I was disappointed with my stay. I booked a Jr. Suite and didn't find out till arrival that I couldnt have what I booked. The tub stopper didnt work and could only take a shower and the sliding bathroom door wouldnt close leaving zero privacy."

"AC definitely did not get cold. Ceiling fan did not work either, we were given a box fan at least. I’d say the pictures of the property on Expedia were a little generous for the quality of the room we had. We seemed to be the only ones there the night we stayed and if that is the best room available with a poorly working ac unit and non functional fan I wouldn’t want to see the other rooms.
