"Staff here were very kind and helpful. The hotel/motel is older and a bit run down. The window screen had a hole, no screen for the patio door for example. The beach was amazing and we really enjoyed our beach time but we paid a lot to stay at this location expecting a more top tier experience rather than a solid motel experience."

"We booked the Queen Suite at Ebbtide, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was small and had a nauseous smell that never went away. I had to keep the fan on the entire stay. The bed was unbearably uncomfortable. I had to pile on 4 pillows and 2 comforters just to try to make it bearable, and it was still so rough that my back is still hurting days later. The sofa bed was even worse. My kids ended up sleeping on wires poking through, and the mattress couldn't have...

"The rooms were clean but a little dated however the location made up for this, the only downside was the WIFI was awful only way we could use it was outside of the room in the car park not ideal overall though a great place to stay"

"We loved our stay at Lincoln Sands! The staff were unbelievable, so helpful and very welcoming! The beach was an easy walk and having an outdoor pool was ideal for the kids! We loved the evening cookies!!! The room was very smelly but clean. We very much enjoyed our time and would stay again!"
