"It was great apart from the internet signal being intermittent and electrics in the room especially charging ports were not working most of the time. Under the bed could of done with a clean. It seemed like the same food was being served in every restaurant on hotel site. one addition that would've made the trip better would have been a shuttle bus to other areas such as nusa, kuta, udbud etc Beach was clean - "

"We had the worse experience of any kind . The hotel isn’t luxury . Everything outdated and the service was appalling . We stayed one hour in the property and instantly checked out as it was so bad . We couldn’t see ourselves staying for five nights in a dirty environment and the staff that couldn’t be bothered and everything was an effort . We wrote to the general manager and the hotel office and didn’t even get an acknowledgment or even a reply . We even asked for a manager when we were there and they said there were none . An appalling experience all along "
