"All the staff great and very helpful, in my opinion because hotel is new I think not 100% ready to rent out, the road to small for 2 way car to pass and no parking for car , early morning roasters woke us up, if you guys don’t mind roasters sounds that would be great place to stay, after all we like to stay at Santa hotel because of staff so nice and pretty nature view"

"Foi uma experiência incrível, hotel com arquitetura balinesa, integrado a natureza, com massagem cortesia e também transporte até o mercado 3x ao dia. Ficamos muito bem acomodados (casal e 2 filhos adultos) em uma vila de 2 suítes, piscina e cozinha. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, como os brasileiros gostam! A localização é muito boa. Recomendo!!"

"Fantastic hotel, super helpful and friendly staff. Spa services and attached restaurant were excellent. Only drawback is that there is NOT a gym, they have an agreement with a place around a 20 minute unpleasant walk from the hotel."

They answered all our questions right away and always greeted us with a smile and genuine interest in how our day was. The private pool and the view were so amazing. Highly recommend staying here! "

"I will never forget my stay here, the villa with the infinity pool over looking the jungle was just perfect. The floating breakfast in the pool was absolutely amazing, as were all the breakfasts here, the banana pancakes are the best in Bali.
The staff were all so kind and so helpful, they really took care of me and as a solo female traveller, I’d highly recommend this place. I felt really safe and happy the entire time. It’s a quick 15 mins into Ubud centre by grab or Gojek, so easy. The driver...
"Really nice place, great location just a short 5 minute walk from the main street in Ubud and a convenient road to get taxis etc. The villa is really clean and nice with an attentive concierge who changes towels and cleans outside area once a day. Staff at Calma are lovely, can’t do enough for you and the most attentive people we have come across on our travels in Indonesia. Making our stay a memorable one.
We also used the laundry which was a fantastic service, super quick and good value for money.
Shuttle is handy as the quieter area the hotel is set in is perfect to be just outside the chaos of the centre but you’re only 5 minutes drive away.
Breakfast was well presented and tasty, you can also order breakfast for a certain time...

Had an amazing stay here. All the staff were lovely and super helpful. They got to know my name and it made me feel really welcomed. It was a nice touch for someone who was travelling solo. The hotel is about a 10 min walk into city centre , just off a side road but it feels like you are out in nature. The terrace from my room overlooked a stream, and it was lovely having breakfast on terrace for no extra cost. They have a parking area which makes it easy to be picked up! I didn't have a chance...
