"The hotel is a little outdated. The room doesn’t have AC , only a little portable cooling system with a pipe out of the window, but the pipe was not hooked on the window just leaving an empty hole next to the bed. The check in at 2pm is too early, the room are not ready at all. So we left the luggage in the dirty room unattended or have a choice to leave by the front desk area without supervision. There’s one tiny elevator but the housekeeping keep using it so a lot of time have to wait or use...

"Best spa in Switzerland, perhpas in Europe. Our front desk agent, Daria, was very courteous and warm and made our stay extra comfortable. All the amenities, food, comfy bed, and blend with nature and hiking options made our stay truly relaxing. Will plan to come back for sure."

"Pros: Owners are nice, area is quiet, room is spacious and clean, dinner is excellent, good view of the lake. Some staff very nice. Cons: every morning for breakfast the staff is different and causes stress on where it is okay to sit. One actually made a scene and embarrassed us. Breakfast is small and limited, boring after a couple of days. A couple staff members were rude during dinner. "Was a lovely place to stay, however we weren't aware that the hotel was not staffed after 1 pm on a Monday, also the restaurant was closed on Monday but they did suggest recommendations. The only other small but strange thing was the mini bar was communal in the outer Hall. Although we were self check in on the Monday, the staff we saw on the Tuesday were very helpful"

"We loved this spot, with a bus stop right in front of the property. There was easy access back into the city. Plenty of water activities right at the resort with a nice little beach."
